These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the use of our website and webshop and to all orders placed via our online store.

MOUN Fragrances operates this website and online store. Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

By visiting our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

APPLICABILITY

These Terms apply to all offers, orders and agreements between MOUN Fragrances and consumers within the European Union.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the statutory provision shall prevail.

PRODUCTS & INFORMATION

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device settings.

Product descriptions, availability and prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Our products are intended for personal use only and not for resale.

PRICES & TAXES

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are shown during checkout before you complete your order.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product. An agreement is formed once you receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors, fraud suspicion, or force majeure. Any payments already made will be refunded without delay.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to addresses within the Benelux.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays do not entitle you to compensation.

Risk of loss or damage remains with MOUN Fragrances until the moment the order is delivered to you or a designated third party.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without stating a reason.

Exception - sealed products: For sealed perfumes and cosmetic products, the right of withdrawal expires if the seal has been broken after delivery, due to hygiene and health protection reasons.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days via email: info@mounfragrances.com

After withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days. Return costs are at your own expense, unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Products returned damaged, used or without original packaging may be refused or refunded partially.

LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.

Product liability applies in accordance with EU and national legislation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, design and logos, is the property of MOUN Fragrances or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute or use any content without prior written permission.

FEEDBACK & REVIEWS

If you submit reviews or feedback, you grant MOUN Fragrances the right to use this content for communication and marketing purposes, unless you object.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to logistics disruptions, strikes, or government measures.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the consumer’s country of residence.

Consumers may submit disputes to the competent court in their country of residence within the EU.
