RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision within this 14-day period by contacting us at: info@mounfragrances.com
Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be:
- unused and unopened
- in their original packaging
- in a condition suitable for resale
Exception – Sealed Products
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed perfume and cosmetic products if the seal has been broken after delivery.
Once a product has been opened or used, we are unable to accept returns.
Return Procedure
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days.
- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
- We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
- The customer is responsible for the returned item until it is received by us.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund is approved.
If approved:
- the refund will be issued to the original payment method
- within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product or proof of return
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@mounfragrances.com so we can resolve the issue appropriately.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- opened or unsealed perfume or cosmetic products
- 2ml samples
- gift cards
This does not affect your statutory rights.
