Absolutely. We only test on those who choose to be part of our journey.
How can I make my perfume last longer?
Hydration is key. Moisturized skin holds fragrance better, so layer with an unscented lotion before applying. Tip! A little spritz on your clothing can extend your scent trail.
Do MOUN perfumes smell different on everyone?
Yes, and that is the beauty of it. Anything that affects the "natural" smell of your skin, such as diet, pH balance, hormonal changes, or medication alter the fragrances's characteristics slightly. Your skin chemistry makes each fragrance uniquely yours.
How should I store my MOUN perfume?
Keep it in a cool and dry, place away from direct sunlight and heat. Like a wardrobe, not a bathroom shelf.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed. Delivery time will vary depending on your shipping address and the time of the year.
Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Trust us, it is worth the wait!
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping costs depends on your order total and your chosen carrier method, but we have got good news! Standard shipping is free on all 50ml fragrance orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel or modify your order within 30 minutes of ordering. Need to cancel? Send an email to info@mounfragrances.com with “CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line and we will take care of it.
What is your return policy?
Unopened bottles can be returned within 14 days of purchase. The 14-day period starts from the day you receive your order. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition. 2 ml samples can’t be returned.
As we are a small company, the costs to return the item to us will be at the customers expense. It is advisable to use a track & trace code for any return shipping, as any loss or damage of the item during shipping is under the customers responsibility.
Once returns are received and accepted, we will refund the value of the goods returned but will not refund the value of any shipping paid.
